----(snip about Water Wetter [WW]
Something else to consider is that all the WW does is improve the heat
transfer between the coolant and the engine. Guess what happens when
you do that? You get more heat out of the engine and as a result, the
temperature and pressure of the coolant exiting the engine could
actually be a bit higher that normal coolant. So basically your engine
would be running cooler while the coolant runs a bit hotter. Make sure
all the hoses and radiator caps and all that are in good shape if you
decide to give it a try. HTH

If it improves heat transfer from engine to coolant; it also should increase
transfer from coolant to radiator. However, since your fan and thermostat
work based on coolant temp, I wouldn't expect lower gauge temps. But it might
take longer for the fan to come on/thermostat to go full open. Coolant
pressure shouldn't change much if at all.
Also, running mostly water would increase the thermal capacity of the coolant.
One other benefit reported by RedLine is that it reduces the coolant boiling
at hotspots within the engine...
