fuel pump relay and frequency valve RE: 5k freq valve

Sometime in the relay it self a couple of the solenoid contact points are
not solid enough (especially in older relay), this will also cause the
frequency valve to operate intermittently. The fix is to put a new relay or
to bend the contact points in the relay to increase the tension on the
contact,

Hi folks,

just wanted to update the list on my problems.  Suspected a CIS freq valve
problem because I couldn't hear it buzzing and the car was acting like it
had a vacuum leak.  Also had an oily substance in the pressure sensor line
to the ECU.

Turned out to be the fuel pump relay (I think).  Two connections were loose.
