usually automatically takes the tax to forward on
to Gov.  You may want to delve into this a little
Ron.  Perhaps for sale to be registered elsewhere,
no tax is payable at point of sale.  According to
a dealer fiend (sic) they only need the address,
but tax is payable at some point, ie. destination.
