P/N for late Euro ur q diff lock panel needed...

I am looking for the P/N for the differential lock switch panel as used on the
late European ur q with TORSEN transmission (MB, RR engine code).  My copy of
the fiche doesn't seem to include this part.  The switch and LED guage numbers
are not needed, just the panel.
