Turning green lights to red - stereo that is

Mark:

Just four screws and the face plate is apart. You don't need to change
the bulbs. They are clear but have little rubber covers (technical
term is diffusers) on them. You need to find some red ones of the
appropriate size (VDO guages have 'em). I couldn't/didn't so I took a
permanent, red, felt tip marker and colored away. During the day the
buttons are white but at night a nice glow of red. The _big_ problem
is the display.
