Grinding 5 Speed in V8

I have a '91 V8Q 5 speed.  I bought it around 47,000 miles 4 years ago.  Now
it has about 130,000 miles.  Ever since I got the car it on occasion grinds
the second gear as I shift.  I put in a new clutch at around 60,000 miles
when the rear main started leaking.  That did not solve the problem.  The
grinding seems to be totally random.  Does not seem to have anything to do
with the way I drive.  Anyone have suggestions as to what it is and how it
can be fixed (other then replacing the tranny)?

P.S.  My 200TQ 5 speed, also from '91 has the same tranny and I have no
problems in that car.
