A couple of issues have arisen with my 91 100Q.........

First is an easy one, I think.........a/c belt is squealing at between
2500-3000 rpm...........
Second is a bit more complicated........the car experiences an
occasional loss of power when driving uphill........this occurs at
various speeds but mostly around 55 mph in 4th gear.  Shifting out of
gear into neutral and back into gear restores the power flow.  Anyone
with similar experiences or advice to share?
