FS 1990 80

I just had the buyer to my 1990 80 be forced to back out, so it is back
on the auction block.  If anyone is interested, please let me know.  It
is a 1990 Audi 80 with 55k miles.  The 60k service has been completed
with the exception of a timing belt.  New parts include brake pads,
tires (2k miles), nearly entire exhaust system including both mufflers
and cat (actually all getting done this Friday to fix clogged cat).
Additionally, the interior including seats and door panels has been
replaced with a "quattro sport" interior from a 20v.  Finally, the
automatic transmission has been rebuilt by a very reputable shop in
Atlanta about 3k miles ago.  I have a lot of money in this car, and hate
to part with it now that I've fixed nearly all its problems, but need to
since I've already committed to buying another car (1990 Coupe).  The
price is set at $5,200--but a REASONABLE offer will not be refused as I
don't need an extra car or extra car payment!!!

Only issues with the car include the paint being a tad faded on the top
and the instrument cluster needing a voltage regulator so the temp/fuel
gauges will work (about a $5-10 part at the dealership)  The latter I am
considering replacing if I ever get by the dealership to pick the part
up as Rod Sydney is out of them.

The car currently has 15" MSW type 55 wheels on it which have recently
been refinished.
