Well, Shin-Fane is in the news constantly.  It's the political arm of the IRA
(Irish Repulican Army, the sworn enemy of all things British).  To be honest,
the BSE reference stumped me.  Perhaps a reference to Mad Cow Disease?  Not too
sure.  Anyone from England care to clarify?
