With all this talk of scatter/jam, why not "help" the lidar with that
reflecting the light beam? I'm thinking... oh, that polished aluminum A8.
To a mirror finish, that is. No light is scattered. Unless the REO is
standing perpendicular to the car, the lidar sees nothing.

To a make the whole thing work, no corners would be allowed in the body
panel -- making one ugly A8. And to keep that mirror finish, oh agony,
agony, agony! (^:
