5ktq and 200tq differences

I am starting to look at 200tq's, '89-91 specifically.  Since I have a '86
and '87 5ktq would like to get a feeling for what changes were made when
going to the 200 series.  With quick look at them they are basically the
same car.  Does someone have a fairly complete breakdown as far as the
differences?  I know there are some differences in the engine management,
but has there been any changes made to the suspension, transmission, etc.?
Basically I am looking for parts interchangeability with my older cars.
