I think this thread pertains to a 4K, but I've got H&R's on my 91cq (a heavier
beast for sure) and they are an unqualified delight for street use.  For
the track, a constant-rate stiffer spring would be better, but for a daily
driver the variable-rate H&R's work great.  No "slamming", just flat cornering and zero brake dive.
As for ride height, again my experience is not with the 4k, but on the cq both Eibach and H&R lower about the same-
maybe an inch at most.
