A4Q Quad Exhaust

In the Needham, Massachusetts area, there is a black A4Q with *** Quad ****
exhaust tips (dual tips on each side of the rear bumper).  Does anyone on
the list own this car?  Does anyone on the list know anything about this
upgrade?  The car appears to be a 96 or 97 as it has the 2.8 badging,
standard five spoke wheels and the tri-colored tailights.

Other than look really cool, does this exhaust system increase horsepower?
It ceretainly sounds great, but not overly loud.

Any insight/assistance is appreciated...
