dead red UK urq

I hope no UK listers know anything about the dead red URQ
I saw on the M4 last night. Looked like it was off the             
edge of the edge of the hard shoulder about a mile 
short of jnct 11 of the M4 eastbound. There was a patrol
car there but as I wasn't slowing down to look that closely
I couldn't see if it had been trashed or it had broken
down. Anyhow, like I said, I hope noone knows anything
about it.
