glow plug light silliness

Someone mentioned the presence of the transparency for the glow plug
light in gasoline powered cars (like mine) a while back, and in the
process of realising that my car starts a lot better if I wait a moment
for the cold start injector to do its thing before cranking, I thought
instead of listening for the fuel pump to stop I could...

Wire the glow plug light to the cold start relay!

It would serve its proper function - "delay starting until this light
goes out" and be terminally silly.
