Ur Q Suspension Upgrade Suggestions?

The old suspension is getting a little tired and grumpy (moans and clunks)
and needs updating.  I enjoy taking the car to autocross and practice days
at the track and would like a crisp set-up.  But back in the real world, I
would like a streetable car which provides some relief against the terrible
roadways and interstates around Seattle without jaring the fillings loose.
Panacea?

I have read the archives, but but they seem a wee bit dated.  I am
considering Boge Turbo Gas or Koni adjustable or...  , pared to Suspension
Techniques or Eibach or....?

All suggestions would be welcome.
