Re: probs fixed / more to go - 86 4ks

Oh yes, the power windows. Um, try this - in each socket with car on
there will be one ground, and two 12 V - one main juice and one for the
light. The other two go to the motor. Send 12 & G to them, if the
window is all the way closed or open you may have to reverse the power
to get motion. Use heavy wires. I forget which is the light and which
is the main juice. OK I'll check for you.

Please remember there are a lot of different power window switch
configs, but I think yours will jive with this info.

Pin numbers on Switch:

1 - to motor (Bk/R)
2 - to motor (Y/Bl)
3 - ground (Br/W)
4 - 12v to light (R/Bl)
5 - main 12V (Y/Br)

these colors may not be the same on your car... I included them just in
case.

1 & 2 are close together near center, 3 & 5 are at the outside corners,
4 is the one that is 90 degrees to the others, in the center.

I think it is time for you to buy a Bentley! Or even Haynes has the
wiring diagram (tho' prolly not the power window section)!

have fun!

the steering wheel isn't connected to anything, it's just a place to
rest your hands
