I caught it on the second night. What a great movie. It could have been
total crap and I still would have liked it, but it actually wasn't that bad.
You actually get two chase scenes in the S8. The driving expert tells them
to get theS8, and a nitrous system he plans to install. When they go to buy
the guns, the police eventually show up and they have to run for it, the guy
pilots this S8 through the streets of Paris like Biela did with his A4 last
year, all through Britain.
    The second is the actual scene, and the S8 is bad ass. It actually does
a little four wheeling, and then some threading the needle through the
streets of the city of Nice. Too bad they had to ditch it. What a great
getaway car.
    I particularly dig the brushed aluminum rearview mirrors. If I had an
S4, or even an A4 for that matter, I think the mod would be great. So when I
get my S4, after I hit the lotto, on go the mirrors and some brushed
aluminum interior trim on that segment that goes around the interior of the
car (wood on a 2.8).
    As for the car chases, they seemed a little unrealistic. Never mind the
several minute oncoming traffic deal, but in the Audi scene, even if the car
didn't have an NOS shot, he could have easily overtaken the little french
car (Citroen or Renault?) nudged the back from a side position, and sent it
into a spin. Pretty easy move, but wouldn't have made for a good car chase
