Horrible Blau experience!



I've had such a horrible experience with Blaufergnugen and it's most
likely gonna fall on deaf ears. I tried talking to them already, but Jim
(as usual when you need him) isn't (or doesn't want to) answer the
phones.Supposedly, he might call me back, but you never know. There's more
to the story, but I'm going to give the copy of the email I sent him. I
figure if he's not going to listen, the Qlist should. Being stranded away
from home with no way to get back is not a great thing to experience.

Basically, Hannah lost detail of my order over and over. I have that
recorded on my answering machine. 5:15 friday I get a message that she
lost the mail to. She said it wasn't too l;ate to ship by next day air
which costs extra. Sat morning comes around, my mecahnic never got the
clutch slave pressure hose. I have my mountain bike with me in the city
and I was expecting to take my car home after work. Never happened. I
tried taking the LI railroad, but was thrown off of the train for having
the bike. I have filed complaints with the LIRR for the two employees not
following procedure esp. under certain circumstances. So I'm left stranded
in the city with nowhere to go. I spoke to Melissa and it seems that my
complaint fell on deaf ears. There's much more to the story, but I have to
go to class right now fill all in later.
