In my experience, BLAU is the best parts shop out there for Quattro-heads.
No one is nicer on the phones - and no one delivers the quality that they
do at those prices.  I actually had the steering rack, pump, and BOGES all
done by the dealer and BLAU sent them the parts directly.

The dealer -- largest in the NE (Audi) -- asked me if they could have BLAUs
contact information because they were so impressed with the quality if the
goods.  They were astonished at the fact that everything was 'there.'  They
even went far enough out there to say that they want to offer BLAU instead
of manufacturer-direct parts from Audi..

I do believe they might have fuc**d up your order -- but people make
mistakes.. Getting that pissed off does nothing but increase your chances
of a heart attack.  Plus, if you decide not to use them -- you lose
probably the greatest sources for cheap Audi parts there is.
