I had an old GMC truck that seemed to get a flat tire weekly.  Once I
undid the lug nuts (big breaker bar, feet pushing, arms pulling, hope the
lug doesn't break off) the wheel would be invariably stuck.  I learned
that crawling under and giving the tire a couple double-footed kicks would
loosen it pretty well.  I would suggest that you make sure your jack is
secure, it's tight under an ol' Merkin 4x4, wouldn't wanna consider under
an Audi.
