I think most of you should keep in mind why so many of you use Blau.  They
have successfully provided a large selection of parts at very competitive
prices.  I have been using Blau since 1995 and have often received good
information and parts advice.  I have purchased parts for my (former) 5KTQ and
my V8.  As has been said by others, service failures are going to be
experienced on occasion.  This is a classic example of the 80/20 rule,
however, 95/5 in this case.  

I will continue to use Blau for many of my parts needs.
