Not even close.

As a (former) paramedic, one of our REAL problems is that most
Americans are so used to seeing cars burst into flames after a
crash that when they *see* a crash, they immediately yank open
the door and pull the driver to "safety". Sometimes, that safety
involves being a quadriplegic :-(
