What is this list server and how can I escape?

I have no idea how I wound up getting updates about racing Mazdas, but I
wouldn't mind if they stopped.

The nice folks at "makelist" say I'm not subscribed at this address; but
it is the only address I have ever had/use/used, etc.

Anyone know how to get off this train, please?
