RE: Horrible Blau experience!

Cheap or not, I have also gotten wrong parts from Carlsen.

The difference is that, even though I wasn't coddled, the error was
rectified, and I was given credit for shipping charges that were made
necessary due to the error.

In exactly one experience using Clair, I was impressed and will try them
again in the future. I will also try TPC which seems to be getting a
lot of favorable press.

Cheap or not, dealer or not, customer service will win in the end, even
if by just a nose.
