200q20v and qtails DOWN

Just a report that the machine that hosts 200q20v and qtails is down in a
very serious manner.

Basically, the fan on the power supply quit, the CPU fan got stuck and
overheated, and that's bad(the system is actually an over-voltage,
486DX4-100, so it -needs- that fan) and for some reason neither NIC works
right.

Stupid PC hardware.  I've never experienced ANY of the above with a Mac.
Sucky hardware.  My 8500 has a huge, ball-bearing fan for the power supply,
and doesn't -need- a CPU heatsink fan.

ETA on the repair is at earliest friday night; at latest, some time monday
or tuesday.  I may bite the bullet and just upgrade to a new motherboard,
drive, and NIC's, but this is costly; I may not have the money available to
do the repairs.

I will keep the users of 200q20v and qtails informed via the "motherlist."
