I don't see how hooking up a positive, neg, and remote turn on lead could
cause problems in any 12v car.  Just sounds like somebody doesn't want to
install the stereo for you.

Eclipse 415 CD, PPI Xover, PPI PAR225 EQ, Xtant 4-channel amp.  ZERO
problems.
