Simple!

An 87.5 CGT was "built"  in 1987, and in one of the later 6 months of the
year(June-Dec).
Hence the "87.5" CGT!

I have a" Nov 87" build date CGT sitting in my driveway!

Now there are allot of "late 86" CGT's, but very few "late" 87.5's

I'm sure I hear about this one...........
