Climate Control Wiring Diagram (100/200/v8)?

 I own a 90 v8 quattro and for about a week now my climate control has been
acting funny. It doesnt work properly, and the solenoids click. I have the
factory manual which has a decent diagnostic section in it. There is a section
entitled "Errors in the area of climate control regulation, chcecking." The
first thing it tells me to do is check the voltage between terminal 4 and 7
(power and ground) on the AC programmer. It it supposed to be over 8 volts.
Mine came up at 5 volts. If it is below 8 volts it says to repair power supply
to 4 or ground to 7. I checked the Ground and it is OK. It references a wiring
diagram? I looked all over the manual and no diagrams exists? Does anybody know
where this power supply to 4 is? The control head is the same as a 100/200
model.
