RE: Mobil 1 & Semi-Synth
Look up the posts from a month or two ago about synth. I posted a couple
long pieces on how synth is made and why it's superior.
Synth is better because it's designed and manufactured to have the optimum
characteristics without any of the compromises found in "natural" oils.
Hard to find non-detergent oils these days. The seal/debris issue is the
gut-wrenching do I - don't I decision. I've put synth in all my cars and
never had a weepage problem; including 100K Hondas....
