I havent seen it anodozed (although that would be cool!)... there is one lever
to the left of the brake and one to the right, (center and rear)

I modified mine... I dont use vacuum. I have F1 style push buttons, using
solenoids, so its instant. I can hit it with my thumbs...Plus I can lock the
rear independant of the center.
