rally list subscription - appropriate?

Considering how simple it would be for interested parties to s*bscribe
themselves to the rally report, is it really appropriate for the qlist
to be s&bscribed to it?  Considering it has *nothing* to do with Audis
but is of personal interest to some listers... apologies if this was
discussed at the time it was set up!
