4000Q Handling probs.

Im coming across a problem with my 84 4000Q handling at the limits. At
threshold braking, the thing jumps like a rabbit, straight line or
otherwise.
At the limits in a corner, it ratchets around the corner, and feels like
the rear wheels are jumping off the ground. Its not the typical wedge
and stagger...
I put on 4 new tires, 4 new struts etc...it didnt change. (roll cage
seemed to make it worse!)

Any ideas appreciated..
