Need help with 90s door panel fabric

OK guys, 
I've taken my 90's door panels all around town to see if any upholstry shop
can reattach my peeling fabric swatches, and no one seems to think they can do
it.  

Could one of you with a Bently (I had one but gave it to Dan S. with the CQ)
look up the door panels and tell me: 1) if the fabric/leather swatches on the
door panels are separate parts or not, and 2), how do you separate the fabric
panel from the door panel.

Or does anyone know where I might find 4 door panels (tan color) for this car?
This is really trying my patience with Audi.....
