Seems to me that, absent any 4wd dynos, horsepower claims made by chip
venders have to be viewed via the old maxim:  "In any horsepower contest,
the first liar always loses."

Does the manifold really make a difference w/o a new turbo?  I'm happy to
believe it, having spent the money on an RS2 manifold before putting in the
engine, but is it really a gating factor independent of turbo and exhaust
upgrades?
