5K Rear Suspension Bushings

Just had my 5KTQW at the alignment shop today before putting on some new
snows and a issue (problem?) came up with the rear bushings...

The alignment guy pointed out the bushing were fairly warn (cracks) and
some "sagged" so that the center bolt/shaft no longer was centered...

The rear alignment was a bit off (too much camber, but toe was OK). He
tried the adjustments for camber, but they were frozen and neither of us
had extra time to work on them...

The alignment guy's advice was not to worry to much about it now, the
camber wasn't that off and to wait until the rear struts go and do it
then (worst case a bit of extra wear on the inside of the tires).

My question for this group, is the alignment guy right? Anything else
to watch out for? How hard a job is it to replace these bushings
oneself (and can you get the alignment close enough to get to an
alignment shop 20mi away without needing new tires)?

Thanks
