PLEASE:

a) I've read it all already

b) It can take up to two minutes to download, depending on my ISP's
   loading, and costs around 8c.  If everyone did it, I would be
   _forced_ to un$ub$cribe.

c) It blows Dan's bandwidth requirement out of the water, sending out
   hundreds of copies of a 34k post.

d) Unless Dan is quick off the mark, it all gets included in the _next_
   digest and _EVERYBODY_ gets to see it all again.

Plus the burst of profanity that escapes me frightens the dog.
