WI UrQ Sighting

My stepson was very excited when he got home from his "away" football game last 
night (and not due to the game... like the Packers last weekend, they got 
"stomped").  On the way to the game, on westbound I-94 just east of Madison, 
they were passed by a black UrQ... and it wasn't me!

>From his description, it was an '85 (or possibly an "updated" earlier model), 
factory headlights, Ronals, ring decals, and in terrific shape.  He thought the 
interior was black, but wasn't sure.  Was running WI tags.

Any clue to the owner of this car?  I'm only aware of a couple other UrQ's in 
SE WI... and none of them black or 85's.

My son said "probably some guy who doesn't know what he has".  My comment: "if 
he's driving the car...and it's in terrific shape, he _knows_ what he has... 
otherwise he wouldn't 'put up' with it."

85 UrQ (in the last week... new coil (never seen a coil physically break in the 
mount before), starter wiring cleaned up (again) so starter works, broken IC 
mount replaced, new IC/IM hose repaired (due to IC mount breaking), etc. Now 
just needs a seeping oil cooler line replaced and the front rotors 
turned...again.)
