4kq shocks: good prices?

I saw an ad for KYB and Boge shocks today (for 4kq):

KYB GR-2 for $236 for four
Boge Turbo gas for $299 for four

I'd heard the Boge turbo's are quite a bit better than the KYB's, and 
stiffer than stock. Is this about right? Do these prices seem pretty good?

I asked about shocks over the summer, but now that it's cool enough to work 
on the car, I'm getting motivated.
