once again - test drive help needed - san francisco

	got a line on a '90 90qc in cordelia - heck, maybe someone
	has already seen this car.  asking $7.5k, bluebook is $12k
	or so.  172k miles, bought at a police auction so the history
	is unknown and more likely pretty screwey.  it fits my budget,
	though. 

	anyway, someone wanna drive up there with me, or just offer
	advice about these wheels?  lunch or dinner would of course
	be on me :)
