5k subframe bushings

Hi all,
	I am going to need new subframe bushings on my 5ktq, and I want to see
what the list has to say first.  Does anyone have a procedure typed up? 
It seems pretty simple to get the subframe out, but are there any
tricks?  What else should I do while I'm at it?  In the archived
discussion on 4k bushings, it was said that polyurethane bushings would
be too harsh for street use.  Has anyone tried it?  Or is this just
speculation?  I don't even know if they're available.  Also, does anyone
have the part numbers?
