Cliff, I swapped my radiator out yesterday. You don't have to remove or
open the A/C system. You just un-bolt the condensor (2 bolts at top) and
lift the condenser slightly to unhook from the bottom lip on the
radiator. Look at the new radiator to see what you are dealing with first.
You must (if you didn't already know), move the hydraulic pump. I've
been able to disconnect the front line (the damper hose) and un-bolt
the pump and rest it on the valve cover so it is completely out of the way.
