4kq Clutch repair

I know we just finished a thread on this for a 5kt but I just cought the
tail end of that thread.  I understand the procedure I think but I dont
know what to do witht the flywheel. 
	Do I need to have it machined or can I leave it if it looks OK.
ALSO, if I have it machined, how much weight can I shave off of it.  How
much does 4kq flywheel weigh,  22 lbs comes to mind but I am not sure.  I
know AVS sells a flywheel for a couple hundred $$$ that weighs about 5 lbs
less, I think about 16 or 17 lbs.  Can I do this myself to a stock
flywheel with a mill?
	And, was the general conclusion that the plastic sleeve needs to
be replace whethre bad or not with a metal one?  Thanks
