87 5KQ clutch replace questions

I have a '87 5KQ.
Throuhout bearing makes noise (grooows a little)
Also notice a whine fron 5 spd. when in 1st & 2nd gear with clutch out.
Should I replace the front bearing & seal on the 5spd. while replacing the
clutch?
If so, then is it a easy job to replace this front bearing???
What is the BEST gear oil to put back in???  What about Aimsoil??
