The best stuff I've ever used was the original Armorall Quicksilver
wheel cleaner.  Damn stuff was amazing.  It was recalled
and the new stuff does nothing.  I also tried the NoTouch spray
on cleaner that goes on purple and changes to blue.  Might as
well have been water.

My latest jug of Simple Green came with a free wheel cleaner they
are pushing - I'll test it and report back.
