I sent my Dad over to look at it a week ago.  Asking price was $1,400.  He
says good paint (Zermatt), interior with trashed inserts, needs new rear
bumper, needs fuel pump, has 187,000 miles.  Guy tells Dad he is going to
Germany on Oct 18.

I call the guy up a week ago and tell him I think it is worth $400 tops.  He
says screw you.  Ok, so I wait till today and call the guy back.  
"Is it sold yet?", I ask.  
"No."  
"Want me to come over?"  
Deep sigh of resignation, "Ok" 
I get there, immediately notice the car is Pearl (L09Y?), and has Limited
Edition rims.  ONE insert in the _sport seats_ is bad, rest is just dirty.
Rear bumper has come loose from the clips, totally repairable.  108700
miles!!  I gotta get Dads eyes checked.  I'm jazzed.
"I'll give you $400."
"Ok."
I bought the d@#n thing!!
I'm now the proud owner of an 88 5kcstq.
