Wow, you need to get a grip. Someone who thinks anything Germany has ever
made, or will ever make, it evil -- because of the Holocaust -- is SERIOUSLY
mentally imbalanced.

No smileys. No way.

Brad:
I don't know where you come off.....you manage to add plenty to my original
statement that I DID NOT say, nor did I imply. If I thought anything German
was evil, why would I drive an Audi? That doesn't make much sense.
Furthermore, I have had at least 3 German boyfriends (two of whom drove Audis)
a German Short-Haired Pointer, countless friends of German descent, a
Hanoverian (in case your not up on "all things German," that's a special kind
of horse bred in Germany), German Chocolate cake and my next dog is going to
be a Dachshund.
(Not that I need to explain this to you.)

Personally, I didn't have a problem with the suggested license plate that
started this thread, or with any of the others that have been mentioned since
then, German or otherwise. I couldn't care less...I simply thought that the
statement I reacted to, was unfeeling. Period. I was not outraged, I was not
incensed. I just calmly stated my opinion, which I believe, I'm entitled to.
If that makes me a German hater and mentally imbalanced in your eyes then you
should get a grip.

Frankly, I think you owe me an apology.
