I was driving behind this volvo at night.  I never really didn't see the
point of having a rear fog light, however on this night that damn light
just stood out.  I can see how it can really prevent accidents in fog or
limited distance conditions.  However on this evening there wasn't a
cloud in the sky while this light was blearing constantly drawing my
attention.  In fog, good; On a clear night, bad.
