Injector cooling fan ducting.  Sucks cold air up from under the car and
blows it across the injector lines to stop the fuel boiling in the heat.

Two or three 10mm nuts.  Whole lot lifts away.  Some just unclip and
open up.

With the amount of work you're going to be doing under there, it'll
get clean all by itself.
