A testable part in the MoT. My ex-wife's Saab failed on this and she asked
me to take a look - I couldn't work it out until I discovered that because
the UK requires two rear reflectors they use twin filament lamps in the tail
lights and some d*ck had fitted them the wrong way. When she switched on the
lights she got 20w tails and switching on the fogs just added 7w. The tail
lights _had_ passed the test though.......
